Our Process
We Specialise in relocators, contractors and holiday guests. We’re committed to maintaining a high standard for both our guests and the property.
We do not allow stag or hen do's and the property is monitored for smoke and will have noise alarms with the check-in/check-out process being automated and smooth.
We also have comprehensive insurance in place, which covers any potential damage or accidents. In addition, we always take steps to ensure the security of the property, including monitoring for unauthorized access.
Running this as a short-term rental can actually help keep the property in excellent condition, as the property is maintained and kept clean after every stay.
